If you, like a snail, like to travel with your own house, then at the “Melnsils” campsite you can use trailer and camper places with electricity – arranged in a forest by the sea along the entire length of the campsite.

In our pub you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks. During the summer season (from May 1 to October 1), our pub is open every day from 9:00 to 23:00. During the winter season (from October 1 to May 1), our pub is open on all weekends – Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.
Please note that it is not possible to reserve a specific place, as they are not numbered. At check-in, the receptionist will offer possible places.
The size of the trailer and camper place depends on the occupancy of the campsite and the number of guests – there will be more guests on summer weekends and holidays, but there will be fewer guests on weekdays.
The price of the trailer and camper place is indicated per day – from 15:00 to 12:00 the next day.
It is possible to rent and place a grill, table with benches, chairs, as well as sun loungers at the place of stay. Firewood, coal, fuel oil and other camping equipment are also available for purchase.
It is possible to rent various sports equipment: SUP boards, kayaks, rowing boats, bicycles.
By prior reservation, the recreation complex also has a log sauna and a hot tub right on the seashore – they must be reserved in advance.
The price of parking a car towing a trailer in the parking lot is 2 euros per car. The price of parking a car in the green area next to the trailer is 5 euros per car on a regular day, or 10 euros for parking it in the green area on very busy days a few times a season, for example, on “Midsummer”, “Fisherman’s Day”, etc. (parking a car in the green area is possible only if the tent area is not fully loaded).
The price includes a place for a trailer or camper, an electricity connection point, a toilet, a summer shower and cold water, which are available 24 hours a day. Hot water is available at the reception.
The price of a warm shower is 3 euros per person per time (except for children under 6 years old, it is included in the price), the warm shower is available only from 09.00 to 21.00.
It is important to note that during the summer season and on holidays, due to the high demand and number of guests, we cannot guarantee complete silence in the territory of the recreation complex. However, the proximity of nature and the sea outweighs everything. We can guarantee that!

For one SMALL trailer / camper / car with a roof tent (with a max. length of up to 5 meters) per day (from 15:00 to 12:00 the next day) – 20 Eur
For one LARGE trailer / camper / car with a roof tent (with a max. length of up to 8 meters) per day (from 15:00 to 12:00 the next day) – 25 Eur
For one NON-STANDARD trailer / camper (with length exceeding 8 meters) per day (from 15:00 to 12:00 the next day) – 30 Eur

*(Parking for a car (which is towing a trailer) in the green area next to the trailer is available depending on the occupancy of the tent and camper / trailer area. Please note that on very busy days, a few times during the season, for example, “Jāņi”, “Zvejnieksvētki”, etc., a fee of 10 Eur may be applied for parking a car next to the trailer in the green area).

Spending the night by the sea tends to bring an amazing range of emotions. The nature has it’s own rules and is not always peaceful - water, sun, wind and sand do as they wish that’s why it’s important to dress according to the weather.
